As such, and part of the renovation carried out, Tucab invested in the implementation of a clean room, which means one more bet on solidifying its quality policy.
This room is a space exclusively dedicated to the production of tubes and profiles in controlled environment, whose internal air pressure is higher than the outside air pressure.
The entire Tucab clean room process, already recognized with ISO Class 6 certification according to ISO 14644-1: 2015, culminates with bacteriological analyzes that confirmed zero bacteria.
And in September, Tucab is preparing to receive an audit that will give the clean room and the company another certification, ISO 13485 - Quality Management System for Medical Devices.
The clean room is an added value in guaranteeing its customers a certified production of brands such as TUMED, tubes dedicated to the medical-hospital sector made from raw materials such as PET G and PVC, which are totally free from phthalates.
