Relying on 11 extrusion lines Tucab can offer solutions in the manufacturing of tubes, profiles and seals in plastic like tubes for healthcare industry, filaments for 3D printers, cords for curtains for doors, rigid and flexible tubes and profiles and corrugated and spiral tubes.
Tucab intends to continue to adopt new processes and production technologies and other sources of differentiation and innovation thinking of the needs of its customers. Therefore it has a R&D team developing the entire process from the customer's view, the drawings, the tools, the raw materials, the production methods to the packaging.
Tucab has also a “clean room”, a space with controlled environment in which the pressure of the inside air is higher than the pressure of the outside air, which allows the production of tubes for the healthcare industry.
The goal of Tucab is to monitor the technological leadership in its sector using it as a lever to increase its competitiveness, promoting pioneering and the reliability of its solutions.
