The Evolution of FIL3D

The Evolution of FIL3D

In this long process of learning and continuous improvement in the production of filament for 3D printing (because innovating and developing presupposes this), we turned to a huge and precious ally: Consumer feedback, and only in this way was it possible to analyze, identify and intervene in each of the problems, with a view to resolving them. Intensive analyzes were carried out on the production process and product specifications, in order to detect flaws and deficiencies and thus implement improvements that allow us to obtain a 3D filament that meets consumer expectations. We are aware that each printer and each Maker has its own parameters, but at this moment we already have full confidence in the product we supply to the market.

In the graph above, it can be seen that we are already able to produce filament within the tolerance of 0.05 mm, but we want to tighten the variation even further, so we continue to work towards centering the values between 1.72 and 1.78 mm. It can be seen that we have an increasingly stable process but we are still not satisfied.

In relation to the winding problems, we inform you that we have already made some changes and continue to work to resolve this situation, however, in this phase of high consumption, we cannot remain idle for a month, the time needed to make the necessary changes to the winder.
