Specialist in the extrusion process, the company offers solutions in the manufacture of plastic tubes, profiles and seals, applicable in the most varied sectors of activity.
Tucab differentiates itself in personalized work, that is, it develops the entire process from the customer's idea, to the drawings, to tools, raw materials, production and packaging methods.
Its production process has eleven production lines, where tubes, profiles and seals with different specificities are manufactured, either due to the diversity of possible hardness and colors of the raw materials used, or in the treatment of the finished product with the possibility of printing of markings or logos, drilling or cutting to size. The range of products allows the company to operate in several market niches.
Market leader in gas tubes (with certified tubes), filament for 3D printing, corrugated tubes in PP and Polyamide and suction tubes central has been a partner of large companies for many years, providing quality products that comply with the rigorous standards that underlie them.
In the medical-hospital sector, product quality requirements are also challenging. The great investment in this area is reflected in the advancement of innovation and technology that the company has developed, being the only company in the Iberian Peninsula in the area of tube extrusion, with a White Room certified with class 7 by ISO 14644 in which it produces the tubes, extending the certification to TUCAB itself by ISO 13485 -Manufacturer of medical and hospital devices.
Innovation, Quality and Environment
All this innovation and productive and quality development is only possible because it is supported by specific software developed to suit the company, that is, Industry 4.0 is already a reality at Tucab.
In addition to innovation, another of Tucab's concerns is the quality of its products, which is why it is also certified by ISO 9001, which defines, among other actions, the periodicity and type of verification to be carried out to ensure that the product meets the requirements defined by the customer. We also have a laboratory where the raw materials are analyzed taking into account the characteristics of the product for which they are intended.
In the universe of plastics in which Tucab operates, the connection and concern for the environment increasingly becomes a factor of relief. In this sense, we assume our responsibility in relation to the ecological footprint, reintroducing all our waste back into the production process and also, we acquire recycled plastic for the production of products where their requirements allow, that is, we place recycled products on the market in greater quantities than the waste we produce, and it is also worth highlighting that none of our products are for single use.
Our commitment to the environment is such that we have practically completed the company's certification for ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System, the distinction of which we believe we will obtain next November, when the 2nd phase of the audit.

To enhance all these strengths, we are also in the process of completing the company's certification by ISO 45001 – Health and Safety Management System.
