We intend to follow the technological leadership of our sector, and use it as a means to increase competitiveness, promoting the pioneering spirit and reliability of our solutions.
In this way, we make a big investment in Certifications, with which we seek to improve the quality, not only of our products and processes, but also of our performance and the way in which we contribute to a more Environmentally Friendly World.
Taking into account the market sectors in which we want to operate, that is, the supply of technical and innovative products, quality cannot be lacking. Therefore, Tucab holds several certifications for management systems and products:
- ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
- UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2016 – Quality Management System for Medical Devices (Applied to the production of non-sterilized extrusion tubes for medical devices not active in the third part), and the Clean Room was classified as ISO class 7 by the clean room validation test in accordance with ISO 14644.
- Certified products – TUGAS according to the standards:
- EN 16436-1:2014 - 8 mm and 9 mm Butane Gas Pipes (Class 1)
- NP 4436:2005 - Pipes for Natural Gas
In addition to these certifications, you can see their Application Standards on each product page. For example, our Tube Brands, Tucor and Tubis, which were recently subjected to testing in an accredited laboratory, and comply with paragraph 6.2.1 (horizontal flame propagation speed of less than 100 mm/min) and paragraph 6.2.2 (no drops are formed that ignite the cotton) of UNECE Regulation No. 118 (annexes 6 and 7). And they also comply with Standard FMVSS302 (horizontal combustion speed below 102 mm/min).
To support our service, we have industrial research, experimental development and innovation in solutions for products extruded from polymers, in order to provide a greater range of solutions to our customers. Therefore, Tucab is also certified by:
- NP 4457:2007 – Research, Development and Innovation Management System (IDI).
And not only is service to customers a concern for Tucab, but also our impact on the environment, as well as the safety of our employees, which is why our management system is also certified by the standards:
- ISO 14001:2015- Environmental Management System
- ISO 45001:2018- Occupational Health and Safety Management System
We want to continue to Innovate and Continuously Improve and therefore, we intend to continue investing in Certifications and adopting new processes and production technologies and other sources of differentiation and innovation, always thinking about the needs of our customers.
