How the FIL2NDLIFE® Program Works

1 - Collection Smart

TUCAB® created FIL2NDLIFE® recycling boxes.
These boxes allow you to separate waste by type of material (PLA, PETG, ABS, among others), ensuring effective sorting and facilitating the recycling process.

2 - Controlled Transformation

Waste is collected, cleaned, crushed and reprocessed in the TUCAB® extrusion unit, where the recycled raw material is transformed into new sustainable filaments. Traceability and quality control ensure that each recycled coil maintains the mechanical and thermal properties necessary for accurate and reliable 3D printing.

3 - Sustainable Production

FIL2NDLIFE® filaments are produced to the same rigorous standards as the FIL3D® line, guaranteeing dimensional stability, adhesion between layers and surface quality – now with a significantly reduced environmental footprint.
