Since 1996, TUCAB has been dedicated to the development and manufacture of technical solutions in plastic materials, with a strong focus on innovation, customization and quality. Organized into four large families – Tubes, Profiles, Sealants and Filaments for 3D Printing – our products are designed to respond to the specific demands of each customer and sector.

 Tubes: versatility and technical performance

TUCAB produces a wide range of tubes, adapted to different applications:

• Gas tubes (with EN and NP standards)

• Corrugated tubes for electrical installations and automobiles

• Medical-hospital tubes produced in a clean room

• Crystal tubes, non-toxic, spiral, insulation, among others

Each model is optimized depending on the raw material, hardness, color, application standard and environment of use. We also develop customized technical tubes for robotics, pneumatics, the food industry, civil construction and advertising.

 Profiles: custom-molded solutions

The extruded profiles are developed to guarantee functionality and resistance in various sectors:

• Flexible and rigid profiles in PVC, PE, PP, SEBS, TPU, etc.

• The possibility of incorporating adhesives makes this family highly customizable and technically demanding.

   Sealing: efficiency and tightness

  TUCAB seals are created to guarantee thermal, acoustic insulation and tightness:

  • Sealing in PVC, SEBS, TPE and other elastomers

  • Applications in aluminum frames, wood, doors and windows

  • Resistance to thermal variations, UV rays and compression

   Filaments for 3D Printing: layer-by-layer innovation

  The Fil3D line, a TUCAB brand, responds to the growing demand for quality materials in 3D printing:

  • Filaments in PLA (4032D, 3D850, PRO), PETG, ABS, EVA and recycled (Fil2ndLife)

  • Produced with strict dimensional control and packaged in a protected atmosphere

  • Available in various colors and diameters, with tailor-made solutions for OEMs and distributors
