Advanced Technology at Your Service
PerCoe profiles are produced through the co-extrusion process, which allows the integration of up to three different materials – such as PVC, PE, PP, SEBS or TPU – in a single profile. Using double and triple screw extruders and high precision molds, we are able to create products that combine distinct properties, such as rigidity and flexibility, in tolerances of up to ±0.1 mm.
Among the technical characteristics the following stand out:
- Thermal resistance: From -40°C to +120°C, ideal for extreme conditions.
- Adjustable hardness: Shore A 20 to Shore D 80, allowing for hybrid designs.
- Chemical resistance: Compatible with acids, oils and solvents (ASTM D543).
- Colors and finishes: Up to three colors in one profile, with options for smooth, textured or glossy surfaces.
Equipped with laser measurement systems and computational flow simulation, PerCoe profiles guarantee consistent quality, monitored in real time.
Sustainability as a Priority

PerCoe profiles incorporate up to 50% recycled materials from certified sources, are 100% recyclable and produced with energy-efficient processes that recover waste heat. Each profile undergoes rigorous tensile (ISO 527), flexion (ISO 178) and accelerated aging (ISO 4892) tests, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and specific options such as resistance to fire (M1) or contact with food (CE 1935/2004).
