TUGÁS – Gas Pipes: Safety and Durability in Gas Conduction
At TUCAB, your safety is our priority! TUGÁS tubes are the definitive choice for those looking for high-quality solutions for conducting butane, propane and natural gas. With strict certifications and advanced technical characteristics, we guarantee safety and efficiency in your installation.
1 - Check the validity
This tube has an expiration date defined in the manufacturing standard and written on the tube.
It is important to regularly check the product's marking and have it replaced by certified installers, activating the gas cut-off and keeping the area ventilated.
2 - Use the tube appropriately correct
The durability of the tube is directly related to how it is used, with special attention required to the accessories and tools used. Incorrect use of the product can reduce its lifespan and may not last until its expiration date.
Each tube has a specific purpose – natural gas, propane and butane – so using it for other purposes puts its performance at risk.
3 - Replace if damaged
If the tube is damaged, it must be replaced immediately, even if it is within its expiration date.
4 - Know what choose
Make sure you are purchasing products certified by an entity accredited by the current standard. Trust in Tugás products:
- TUGAS PROPANO 8X18 is certified in accordance with EN 16436-1:2014+A3:2020
- TUGAS BUTANE 8X15 and 9X17 is certified in accordance with EN 16436-1:2014+A3:2020
- TUGAS NATURAL is certified in accordance with standard NP 4436:2005
- Liras for gas: Tests carried out in accordance with standards UNE 60712-1 and UNE 60712-3.
Pay Attention to Expiration Date!
Replace the tube before the end of the expiration date written on the tube, to avoid risks and ensure maximum safety. Always check the manufacturing date printed on the tube!
