Use of the website

The content of this website is intended to present TUCAB®, its capabilities and product families. Technical information is indicative and must be confirmed by the TUCAB® team for each reference, application and project. The website may not be used for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation or to infringe intellectual property rights.

Data sent by the user

The project request and application forms send the details entered and the attached file directly to TUCAB® by email when the user clicks the send button. A copy of each submission is also kept on the website server, with no public access, together with technical details of the request (date and time, IP address, browser and originating page), to prevent abuse and to resolve any sending failures. TUCAB® uses this data to answer the request, prepare a quotation, assess an application or carry out pre-contractual steps. In the application form, candidates may optionally authorise TUCAB® to keep their application for 12 months for suitable future opportunities, and may withdraw this authorisation at any time by writing to geral@tucab.pt.

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose of the contact and to comply with legal obligations. It may be processed by technical providers strictly necessary for communication and hosting, subject to the applicable safeguards.

Rights

The data subject may request access, rectification, restriction, objection, portability or erasure of their data, where applicable, by writing to geral@tucab.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

Cookies and external services

The website does not use advertising cookies or its own behavioural analytics tools. Links to maps, social networks and external services are subject to those services' policies when the user chooses to open them.

Intellectual property

The texts, images, trademarks, logos and other content belong to TUCAB® or are used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or alteration without prior authorisation is not permitted.
