CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

We only sell directly to corporate customers, if this is not the case you can purchase our products through our resellers. 

ORDER CANCELLATION


If you decide to cancel your order after finalising the purchase, you may do so at no cost and without giving any reason, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, the Return Policy below applies.

RETURNS

At TUCAB, we hope that our products meet your expectations, but if for any reason the order is not, according to what you want, in the following 15 days, you can return the products, as long as they are properly packed and without any damage, being refunded the money of the returned products. This return can only be made upon previous communication with TUCAB through the email apoiocliente@tucab.pt

After the 15 days, we will only return the money for the product if it is proven that there is a problem with the product that is TUCAB's responsibility.The return shipping costs will be supported by the customer, except if the product is defective or if there is a mistake by TUCAB.
