At TUCAB we want to offer our customers technical, innovative and top quality products, and we believe that certifications are a great lever.

We intend to accompany the technological leadership of our sector, and use it as a means to increase competitiveness, promoting the pioneering spirit and reliability of our solutions.

In this way, we invest heavily in Certifications, with which we seek to improve the quality, not only of our products and processes, but also of our performance and the way we contribute to a more Environmentally Friendly World.

Taking into account the market sectors in which we want to operate, i.e. the supply of technical and innovative products, quality cannot be lacking. Therefore, Tucab holds several management system and product certifications:

• ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
• UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2016 – Quality Management System for Medical Devices (Applied to the production of non-sterile extrusion tubes for non-active medical devices in the third part), and the White Room was classified as ISO class 8 by the clean room validation test according to ISO 14644.
• Certified products – TUGAS according to the standards:

• EN 16436-1:2014 - 8 mm and 9 mm Butane Gas Tubes (Class 1)
• NP 4436:2005 - Natural Gas Tubes

In addition to these certifications, you can see their Application Standards on each product page. As for example, our Tubing Brands, Tucor and Tubis, which were recently subjected to tests in an accredited laboratory, comply with paragraph 6.2.1 (horizontal flame spread speed of less than 100 mm/min) and paragraph 6.2.2 (no drops are formed which inflame the cotton) of UNECE Regulation 118 (annexes 6 and 7).  They also comply with FMVSS302 (horizontal burning rate less than 102 mm/min).

In support of our service, we have industrial research, experimental development and innovation in solutions for products extruded from polymers, in order to provide a wider range of solutions for our customers. Therefore, Tucab is also certified by:

• NP 4457:2007 – Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) Management System.

And it is not only our customer service that is of concern to Tucab, but also our impact on the environment and the safety of our employees, which is why our management system is also certified by the standards:

• ISO 14001:2015- Environmental Management System
• ISO 45001:2018- Occupational Health and Safety Management System
