Luso-French Trophies 2021 Awards Gala, where Tucab was one of the 3 finalists in the Innovation Trophy.

The award gala of the Luso-French Trophies 2021 has already taken place, where Tucab was one of the 3 finalists in the Innovation Trophy.


The Luso-French Trophies 2021 are an initiative of the Luso-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILF), which distinguishes the best companies based in Portugal and France, of all sizes and in various sectors of activity.


The finalist project in the Tucab competition was "Fil2nlife", which consists of collecting and reusing plastic waste from 3D printing and making the world of 3D printing more sustainable and environmentally friendly, thus promoting the circular economy.


Although Tucab was not the winning company, the fact that we were finalists in such a prestigious award is a very important and motivating milestone for our company, and it is the recognition of the hard work in development and innovation, which has been a focus of the company in recent years.


According to the manager of Tucab, Américo Coelho:


"Tucab applied for the CCILF Luso-French Trophies 2021, because our business area being in the "mouths of the world" for the worst environmental reasons, we understand that plastics processing companies must, perforce, lead and contribute to the solution of the environmental problem and for this a lot of innovation is needed..."


The path of sustainability is the path that we all have to follow and TUCAB is already one step ahead by making its contribution to the creation of environmental solutions, which makes the Tucab team very proud.
