Ordering, Payment and Shipping Policy

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS


We only sell directly to corporate customers who are collected, if it is not your case, you can purchase our products through our resellers.


The TUCAB has no online shop, so the order is made to the email apoiocliente@tucab.pt and after the order is sent an invoice with the data to make the payment by Bank Transfer.


The payment will only be made after contacting TUCAB by email so you will be notified in advance if there is no stock and you can choose whether or not to proceed with the order


In the order email the following information should follow:


  • Full Name/Company Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Billing Address
  • VAT Number
  • Telephone Contact
  • In case of Company Name of Person Responsible
  • Intended Quantities (8kg/16kg/others in multiples of 8)
  • Intended Colours (New PLA Available in White and Black)

 

SHIPMENTS


Shipping may take between 2 and 3 business days, but it will only be sent after we receive payment.

Delivery times will always be subject to product availability.

In any case, the delay in delivery in relation to the indicated deadlines will not entitle the customer to claim any compensation.


Shipments are made to:


  • European Union countries (Other countries under consultation with Tucab)
  • Free shipping to mainland Portugal (Free shipping to other countries upon request by Tucab to apoiocliente@tucab.pt)
